Job Role

Our client, very well-established in the sector, is recruiting for a highly experienced Part Time Finance Assistant.

The main purpose of the role will be the day-to-day administration of the finance function, supporting both internal operations and client accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing purchase invoices and overseeing client bank accounts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and track company expenses.
  • Chase outstanding records and documentation.
  • Keep clients updated and respond to queries.
  • Managing and tracking the bank statements and disbursements.
  • Ensure payments and transactions are processed accurately and on time.
  • Reconciling direct debit and credit card transactions.
  • Collating team expense claims, ensuring claims are processed and paid
  • promptly.
  • Coordinate the ordering, processing, and payment for goods and services.

Experience Required

  • The role will suit someone with previous experience in Finance, Bookkeeping, Accounts Admin.
  • Experienced with using Xero and Dext accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and organizationa skills.

Hours

This role will cover 4 hours per day over 5 days per week, with flexibility on when the 4 hours per day can be worked.
